Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Commercial Property Law.
  • Proven experience managing commercial property transactions.
  • Additional expertise in the following areas would be advantageous:
    • Business sales and purchases
    • Company/corporate law
    • Employment law
    • Agricultural and rural law
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client care skills.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, leases, and acquisitions.
  • Providing clear and practical advice to clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Handling complex transactions and resolving legal issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Supporting the firm with any additional legal services in areas such as business transactions, corporate matters, or employment law, where applicable.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to the firm’s excellent reputation.
  • Assisting with the growth and development of the commercial property department.
