We have an urgent need for an Administration Assistant to deliver efficient financial and administrative support across our client’s business.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Input data onto the system.
  • Manage records, ensuring they are scanned, filed, and stored correctly.
  • Support the ordering, coding, and authorisation of goods and services for each department.
  • Monitor invoice preparation and collection of monies due
  • Greet visitors, manage incoming and outgoing post, and handle phone and email enquiries.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events, including taking meeting notes.
  • Maintain high-quality data records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Numerate and accurate with excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other IT packages.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Desirable: NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification/experience in a relevant discipline, first aid qualification, finance system experience, and minute-taking skills.
