We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to be based in our Penrith town centre office.

We are looking for a friendly and confident person, who is looking to progress or start a career in property to assist clients with the sale and purchase of properties.

You will be joining a knowledgeable and established estate agency office, although experience in estate agency or sales is welcome it is not essential as training and support is available to the successful candidate.

You, alongside our current team will be the face and voice of the estate agency with the main responsibility being to provide reception and administrative support and assist clients on the sale, purchase and letting of properties.

We help people to sell, buy and let homes, one of the biggest decisions in our clients lives, it is therefore essential that you have a passion to provide a great customer experience and can demonstrate empathy and a desire to get the job done.

We are looking for a driven individual who can provide a fantastic first impression for our valued customers. If you have the spirit and desire to deliver a 5-star service, together with the drive to pro-actively generate business we would love to hear from you!

You will be responsible for arranging viewings and valuations for properties, following up appointments and liaising with the sales and lettings teams
