We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at a children's residential facility in Penrith, UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a focus on children's residential services. Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children's residential facilityDevelop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the facilityManage and lead a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance managementMonitor and maintain the budget for the facilityEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsCollaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to provide the best possible care for the childrenHandle any issues or concerns that may arise, including safeguarding and risk managementMaintain accurate records and reports on the facility's operations and performanceContinuously seek ways to improve and enhance the services provided to the children and their familiesRequirements:
