Your new companyYour new company is an internationally renowned aerospace manufacturing organisation, with facilities dotted around the world. You will be working in an inclusive environment, with pioneering engineers, who always aim to complete what hasn't yet been achieved in the advancement of aerospace technologies. Your new roleIn your new role as Quality Leader, you will provide specialist guidance and support to the wider Quality function, ensuring compliance to company QMS. Alongside this, you will lead an area of the business on all aspects of quality, leading improvement initiatives across the unit and driving quality performance throughout the supply chain. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in this Quality Leader role, you will need to be qualified to at least HNC level in a relevant engineering subject, with considerable experience in quality engineering roles. Alongside this, you will need to have strong working knowledge of core quality tools such as 8D, 5Y, PFMEA etc. What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a salary of around £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on your experience, as well as excellent company benefits including holidays, pension and flexible working.
