An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day marketing activities for our clients Cumbria region. This Hybrid role, based at the Penrirth office offers flexible working arrangements with some travel to sites as required. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Natiional

Marketing Manager and form part of the wider, nationally based Marketing team.

Role Overview:

As Marketing Coordinator, you will identify marketing opportunities and ensure all marketing materials are up to date and consistent with group standards. You will act as a guardian of the brand, producing high-quality marketing materials and literature, including website content, development and house type pages, and property portal listings.

You will be responsible for liaising with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring approved sales literature is produced and distributed, commissioning new photography and videos, and managing customer-facing emails. Your contribution will ensure that all marketing collateral aligns with the companys brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and ensure consistency across departments.
  • Produce high-quality literature, website content, and plot-specific property portal listings.
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to produce and distribute sales literature.
  • Commission new photography and video content.
  • Produce and manage customer-facing emails.
  • Support the wider marketing team in day-to-day activities.

You will be responsible for taking care of your own health and safety, as well as that of others who may be affected by your work. You will also adhere to the companys Health, Safety, and Sustainability standards.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

We are looking for someone who fits with our clients core values. You should be passionate about advancing your career in marketing within the construction industry and ideally have experience in property or new homes marketing.

You will be:

  • Collaborative, friendly, and helpful, with strong communication skills.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies.
  • Creative, with an eye for content and experience producing web and social media content.
  • Straightforward in your approach, with a clear use of written English and a professional attitude.
  • Equipped with good business sense and strong organisational skills.

A full UK driving licence is required due to the travel involved. A company car or car allowance will be provided.
