What You’ll Be Doing

Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a wards-based role. In this role, you will:

? Perform comprehensive medication reviews? Provide expert advice on prescriptions and treatments? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care? Ensure compliance with hospital medication policies? Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A current and valid GPhC registration? Experience working in wards and hospital settings? Strong communication and interpersonal skills? The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration

This role offers a flexible locum position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. The contract is for 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
