Caralex Recruitment Limited are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor from a main contractor background.
The role involves covering a number of projects from small scale works to major projects with a particular focus on retrospective fire safety work on cladding and facades.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects remain cost-effective and meet all necessary regulations.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and fire safety standards.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or similar.
- Experience working for a main contractor on large RC frame projects.
- Background in fire remediation and cladding work.
- Knowledge of building regulations, NHBC, HSE, and fire safety standards.
