Job Title: Recruitment Administrator (FTC 12 months)

Our client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their friendly and dedicated team at a beautiful location in Lupton. You will play a vital role in supporting Children's Homes, Schools, and Therapeutic Teams with essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job adverts and arrange interviews.
- Support hiring managers with recruitment administration.
- Utilise in-house IT systems, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with department managers to ensure compliance.
- Handle enquiries from candidates and colleagues, delivering exceptional administrative service.
- In this role, you will ensure that recruitment aligns with safer practises, essential for safeguarding the children and people in our care.
