The Role:
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling Brasserie. Serving between 80-160 covers at peak times, this all-day dining space requires a confident, hands-on leader to ensure every guest enjoys a warm, personalised experience in keeping with the luxury atmosphere of our country hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily running of the Brasserie, ensuring smooth operations during peak service
  • Lead and manage a team of 20-25, with the support of the Food & Beverage Manager
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail
  • Create a welcoming and comfortable environment, while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Support, train, and motivate your team to deliver consistently outstanding results

About You:

  • You will ideally come from a high street branded restaurant or a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • You've spent several years developing your career in restaurant and bar management and are now ready for your next challenge
  • Strong leadership and operational skills, with the ability to manage a large team in a busy environment
