Team Leader | High Street Retail | PART TIME Hours 20 - 24 Hours
Zachary Daniels has an opportunity for a supervisor to join a great store in Penrith who need a part time candidate to join their store. We are open to considering candidates from retail, hospitality or leisure roles with supervising/team leading or management experience.
Our client is a fantastic retailer who are well known for customer service, internal development and progression. This is a great role for a part time Team Leader who can motivate a team, deliver high standards and provide a great experience for customers time and time again!
As our clients new Supervisor, you will take pride in your store appearance and ensure the visuals are on point all day, every day. Our client operates in a high stock environment so the ability to deliver service at pace is essential, alongside this you will be comfortable in an operationally heavy store.
What you will do as our new Team Leader
- Work with a great team to deliver results
- Background in fast paced store/restaurant/hospitality environment
- Develop a team who can and will interact with customers at all times
- Make commercial decisions that benefit the store
- Deliver high visual merchandising standards
- Recruit, induct and train a team to focus on sales and adding value to the sales process
We want to recruit a part time Team Leader who is a credible presence in the store, will be hands on and lead by example - this is not a job for an office manager! You will work with other stores in the region to aid your journey and showcase your ambition with your peers.
