Are you a passionate English Teacher with a strong grasp of English? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated individuals like you to join the English Department team at one of our mainstream secondary schools in the Workington/Whitehaven/Maryport area. This is a full-time, long-term position for a English Teacher starting in January, offering a competitive pay range of £130-£200 per day.
Requirements:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references.
- A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Relevant Teaching qualification ideally with QTS
- Proven track record of delivering English to students
