Duties and Tasks for the Maintenance Engineer:

  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on bottling machinery, robotic systems, and conveyors.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs and automated systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Train production staff on machinery operation and maintenance.

The Maintenance Engineer

  • Electrical qualification or equivalent in electrical maintenance engineering.
  • Experience in the FMCG or Food and Beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in site maintenance.
