P4 Recruitment are working with a charity that support adults 18+ in the community and supported living with mental health illness and going through their own recovery journey.

Your role will be to provide high quality, evidence-based services, which are designed around the needs of the people we support. Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value.

30 hours a week
3 week rolling rota

Responsibilities include:

- Keeping people safe and welfare checks
- Ensuring Health and Safety checks are being met
- Doing 1-1 session with residents
- Liaising with External professionals
- Observe Medication (training is provided)
- support the people using our services to achieve their life goals and improve their quality of life.
-To work as part of a team to provide a service in line with the organisations mission and values.

-Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and partner agencies/ stakeholders.
