Agile Delivery Coordinator

£45,000-£55,000

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Coordinator with Agile and JIRA who is looking for a remote opportunity.

You will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our professional services and scrum delivery teams, ensuring they follow agile principles and practices via JIRA in line with business priorities and changes from stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and ownershipof JIRA and Agile across the teams and through all phases of the delivery lifecycle, from sprint planning and prioritisation to release and post-release support.
  • Facilitate collaboration between product owners, developers, testers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks that impede delivery progress.
  • Champion agile methodologies and best practices within the team.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and key performance indicators.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in Agile Delivery.
  • Strong understanding of JIRA
  • Well versed in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with internal and external stakeholders.
