We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Operative to join our UK team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our warehouse operates efficiently, handling goods, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Delivering / collecting stock and materials to and from site.
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Conducting regular stock checks and inventory control.
  • Updating stock control systems.
  • Supporting colleagues with other tasks as required.

What You’ll Need

  • Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills for accurate recording of stock.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour, including heavy lifting.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
  • Forklift license preferred.
  • Full clean Drivers licence

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Flexibility to work shifts or overtime when needed.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
