As we approach the start of the academic year, we're looking for a Temporary Accommodation Assistant to join our team and ensure our properties are ready to welcome new students.

Role Overview:

As a Temporary Accommodation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us prepare our properties for student arrivals. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll assist with administrative tasks and help ensure the smooth setup of accommodation, making sure everything is in place for a great student experience. The role will last for Approx 2 weeks. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administrative tasks related to student move-ins, including processing paperwork and updating records.
  • Help with the setup and preparation of properties, ensuring that all rooms and communal areas are ready for students.
  • Conduct property inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate with the property management team to ensure all necessary supplies and materials are in place.
  • Provide support on move-in day to ensure a smooth and efficient process for students.
  • Answer any queries from students or parents regarding the accommodation.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help.
