The successful candiate will be supported by an experienced staff body from the school and Trust. This position will suit an ECT or experienced Art specialist who wants to work with a friendly staff body who are appreciative of each other. You must be flexible, imaginative, ambitious and a skilled professional, who is committed to raising the achievement of every student in the classroom.

This role is offering full time hours on a permnant basis.

Your role will include:

  • Planning and teaching

  • Assessing following the school marking policy

  • Promoting good progress and outcomes

  • Adapting teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of pupils

  • Managing behaviour effectively

  • Demonstrating good curriculum knowledge

  • Liaising with parents

Requirements for the role include being a committed and talented teacher who is able to promote the schools ethos and values. The school is looking for someone who is a caring and nurturing person, adaptable and flexible with your methods as well as resilient and patient with challenging behaviors.
