We are seeking a talented Teacher to join a wonderful Church School in the heart of Falmouth. A positive attitude and a passion for helping children learn are a must! The school puts great emphasis on building positive relationships with everyone within the school community so they are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and nurturing. This role is offering part time hours on a permanent basis.
Your role will include:
- Planning and teaching
- Assessing following the school marking policy
- Promoting good progress and outcomes
- Adapting teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of pupils
- Managing behaviour effectively
- Demonstrating good curriculum knowledge
- Liaising with parents
Requirements for the role include being a committed and talented teacher who is able to promote the schools ethos and values. The school is looking for someone who is a caring and nurturing person, adaptable and flexible with your methods as well as resilient and patient with challenging behaviors.
