We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a friendly accounts team near Falmouth on a temporary basis until mid-December.
The role involves assisting with invoice entry, GRN matching, and reconciliation of the purchase ledger.
Candidates should have experience in accounts payable and be able to perform bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations.
The position offers full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a salary range of £13.00 to £14.00 per hour.

We are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to start immediately on a temporary basis to mid December to help a friendly and welcoming accounts team near Falmouth.

You will be responsible for:

- To work with PL to assist with invoice entry and GRN matching.

- Control and reconciliation of the purchase ledger, including accounts payable entries, authorisations, coding and filing

- Assisting with reconciliation of accounts

- Liaise with the Operations team as needed

- Perform bank reconciliations

- Reconciling supplier statements and following up on queries with suppliers

Full Time Hrs are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

£13.00 - £14.00 per hour
