Platinum Recruitment has partnered with an award winning Gastro Pub in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to lead a fresh food kitchen. Ideally Chefs will Have an AA Rosette background and be looking to work to a minimum 2 AA Rosette Standard

What's involved?
As Sous Chef your responsibilities will include;
- Prepare daily dishes, contribute to recipe development, and ensure quality.
- Guide and train junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Monitor ingredients, manage stock, and control costs.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operation.
- Occasionally interact with guests for feedback and menu explanations.
- Assist with staff scheduling and maintaining records.
- Working at 2 AA Rosette Standard
