Customer Service Advisor
Job Description:
TLP Recruitmentare seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join a dynamic team. As a Service Advisor, you will play acrucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership. Ideally you will have experience working in the Motorhome/car dealership industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer care and build strong relationships with customers.
- Inform and consult customers on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles and address any queries or concerns.
- Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure timely vehicle completion.
- Promote and sell additional products and services to customers.
- Ensure that customers are aware of necessary service and repair work.
- Advise customers on timelines and collection arrangements.
- Produce job cards on the in-house computer system.
- Update customer and vehicle records.
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as a Service Admin or Service Advisor would be desired.
- Experience in the Motorhome/car dealership industry
- Proven ability to sell additional products and services.
- Drive, commitment, and enthusiasm.
