Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator.  You'll be a vital part of the team helping to deliver innovative products using our intuitive project management systems. You'll work closely with our experienced Project Manager who will train you up to ensure that all our work delivered safely, on time and enhancing our reputation for quality, innovation and personal service.

Key Duties

  • Taking the client briefs from sales team, collating all the information so you can prepare on-site job folder using our project management system
  • Produce the project picking lists so our warehouse team select and pack everything we need.
  • Order important services from electricity to rigging and catering
  • Work with the team to ensure that every job is produced on time for client handover
  • Help arrange the logistics and documentation for exciting overseas projects
  • Help answering the office phone and directing calls accordingly
  • Visiting site when needed to ensure the seamless delivery of big projects.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent IT skills using Word and Excel plus an ability to learn new systems
  • Great administration and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills both internally and with suppliers, venues and clients.
  • Ability to work well in a high-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and organise many projects at one time
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy are a must
  • Good team worker but happy to work independently when needed.
  • Ability to adapt and overcome obstacles
  • It would also be preferable for you to be able to drive or be about to take your UK car driving test.
