We are looking for a store manager to oversee daily operations in Pentraeth and ensure it runs smoothly and effectively.

As a Store Manager, you'll work with a Large team of colleagues to drive sales, set standards and deliver KRAs. You'll be the key motivator, maintaining morale and creating an operation that keeps customers coming back. You'll support the pricing strategy and keep costs low. As part of the leadership team, this role isn’t a Monday - Friday job, you will work alongside your Assistant Manager and Supervisors and pull together on the busier days. Your normal working week is approx. 42 hours which includes every other weekend and may mean staying later on some occasions. As the store manager you will be responsible for motivating the staff, maintaining the business strategies and upholding the operational and organisation standards of the store. Managing and overseeing shop operations, developing a rota for opening and closing, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales floor and providing maximum profitability. Controlling inventory to ensure sufficient stock, daily and weekly counts, rotated and changed by season, shop specials or sales .

Your role will also include the daily balancing of the tills and processing invoices.

You'll be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change. You'll be naturally friendly and want to get stuck in, working with your team to deliver great results as well as spot talent and support their development. You'll have good leadership and people skills as well as be a strong coach, role model and mentor who inspires the team to be the best they can be. At times, you will need to deal with management issues such as disciplinary and grievances in a professional manager as well as manage rota planning and holidays.?
