Are you and experienced and trained painter? Do you have experience working in maintenance in commercial buildings or similar?
Our client is a national facilities management provider, and they are looking to add an experienced painter to their large maintenance team on a static site contract. Based in Wrexham, you'll be working across this large public sector site, completing various painting and decorating tasks.
The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week (across 7 days where a weekend shift pattern is in place - there is a 15% salary uplift for being part of the weekend rota)
You will be responsible for:
- Planned and reactive paint work in all areas of the prison.
- Responsibility for the care and maintenance of tools, materials and additional company property.
- Compliance with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directive.
We want to hear from you if you are / have:
- A fully qualified Painter.
- Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety, method statements and risk assessments.
