CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for FLT Counterbalance Drivers on behalf of our client based in, Wrexham, LL13 AREA.
Are you an experienced and reliable forklift operator looking for work in the Wrexham area? We're looking to recruit a Counterbalance Driver to unload, move and stack packages in their facilities.
You will need to be a counterbalance forklift driver who takes the utmost care ensuring efficiency and safety. The job will involve loading and unloading in warehouses and storage space settings.
Primary responsibilities of this FLT Counterbalance driver role include:
- Operating a forklift in narrow spaces
- Ensuring the accurate and safe operation of machinery
- Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Keeping updated records of inventory and activity logs
You must be a responsible counterbalance driver with plenty of previous experience in driving industrial vehicles in an industrial setting. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.
To apply for this Counterbalance role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment / warehousing.
- Valid Counterbalance license.
- A can-do and team-spirited attitude
Pay rate: 12.89 / hour. (Pay will increase once trained)
Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off 07:00am-19:00pm/ 19:00pm-07:00am (rotating)
