Role information:

We are seeking a full-time permanent Business Development Manager. The primary responsibility of the role will be to manage relationships with key accounts and drive new business opportunities to achieve growth.

The successful individual will need to have knowledge of the plastics manufacturing, with proven sales experience. The role is suited to someone who thrives when given the autonomy to deliver and manages their own time to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of key accounts while seeking new business relationships.
  • Implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure Silvergate teams are aware of customer requirements.
  • Focus on the development of high value, long lasting and repeat business relationships.
  • Foster working relationships with all departments to ensure positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience and knowledge of plastics manufacturing with an eagerness to develop further.
  • Experience in building and maintaining key relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

Business Requirements:

The role will be hybrid based with a requirement to attend meetings at Silvergate Plastics HQ. The successful candidate will be given a car allowance and all required kit and support to be successful.

All people at Silvergate are expected to be flexible, agile and willing to undertake any other duties that are reasonably required.
