As a Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring clinical care exceeds professional standards and regulations.
- Providing specialist nursing support and advice.
- Taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
- Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
- Recognising and addressing safeguarding concerns.
- Maintaining accurate and meaningful records.
- Supporting a culture of kindness and inclusivity.
