As a Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring clinical care exceeds professional standards and regulations.
  • Providing specialist nursing support and advice.
  • Taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
  • Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
  • Recognising and addressing safeguarding concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate and meaningful records.
  • Supporting a culture of kindness and inclusivity.

  • Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and the ability to report concerns.
