Our client is committed to providing high-quality housing and maintenance services to council properties. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance electrician to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include both the upgrading and maintenance of electrical works in both residential and commercial properties, including;
- Performing general electrical work, including fixing issues with existing electrical works.
- Installing new electrical works as required, rewiring etc.
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance.
- Responding to emergency electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an electrician who is comfortable in a maintenance environment and working with members of the public. Successful candidates will preferably have experience as a maintenance electrician in residential as well as commercial properties.Main requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance electrician
- Valid ECS Card graded to Electrician & 18th Edition
- Valid UK driving licence
What you'll get in return
