The Role of an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS):

As a full-time Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) TA, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of the youngest learners. You will assist and support SEN students within a SEN School. You will assess exciting and engaging lessons that support the development of their key personal development and social skills. Working closely with a dynamic team, you’ll help create a stimulating and child-centred learning environment.

Key Responsibilities of Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant:

  • Support high-quality, engaging, and differentiated assistance to EYFS students.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Work closely with staff and parents to ensure the well-being and progress of each child.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities.
  • Foster a love of learning and curiosity through creative ways

  • Experience in planning and delivering the EYFS curriculum.
