GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher with QTS to join a thriving primary school in Penzance. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage, support, and inspire young learners in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that caters to all pupils, including those with SEND.
- Use differentiated teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SEN staff, and fellow educators to enhance pupil progress.
- Foster positive behaviour, social skills, and academic development in young learners.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 is preferred.
- A child-centred approach with strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students with engaging and interactive lessons.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
