What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting teaching and learning alongside a team of educators to help children reach their potential.
- Working closely with the teacher to create a stimulating and safe classroom environment.
- Assisting with the assessment of students' progress and helping them meet their learning goals.
- Contributing to vibrant classroom displays and learning resources.
- Supporting children during lunchtime and accompanying groups on school trips.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- GCSEs in English and Maths are required.
- Experience working with children to support and accelerate their learning.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect positively with children and adults alike.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative.
- A deep commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and the overall well-being of the children.
