New Homes Consultant • Penzance & Hayle • 30k Basic Salary (DoE) • 50k OTE • Thursday to Monday Work Pattern • 23 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays (Days-in-Lieu for any BH worked) • Live Units Available to Sell • Strong Brand • Additional Referral Income •   My client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as a New Homes Sales Consultant to complement the onsite team in Penzance, Cornwall. The primary focus for this role is to generate interest in the new homes units, conducting viewings, creating offers and sales as well as acting as the primary point of contact for prospective home buyers. As an organised 'people person' you will comfortable working with autonomy. With training and development provided you will relish the opportunity to  guide customers through the home buying process, from initial meeting through to handing them the keys to their new home. Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Advisor:
  • Effectively manages sales generation by utilising development, marketing materials, model homes, local resources and developer relationships.
  • Serves as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for homebuyer from initial meeting through to home completion.
  • Builds confidence with potential homebuyers by selling the features and benefits of the home products and homebuilding experience.
  • Generates buy in by effectively identifying needs of potential home buyers and matching related solutions.
Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Sales Advisor:
  • Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with a builder / developer or transferable Sales experience such as Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Sales, or similar
  • Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
