Are you a Sales or Purchasing Administrator, looking for a local permanent position within a friendly tight knit team?

Your role will involve purchasing fish and seafood on time to support production, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, and ensuring the fish is inspected and logged correctly. You will handle any discrepancies, assist with product condition reports, and keep records updated for Finance, Sales, and Production. You will also stay informed about market prices and fish specifications, manage suppliers, negotiate costs, and process purchase orders. Additionally, you will allocate fish from orders and ensure they are prepared and delivered with the required timelines.

THE ROLE:

Order fish and seafood on time, ensuring timely deliveries and inspections.
Manage discrepancies, condition reports, and keep records updated.
Monitor market prices, negotiate with suppliers, and process orders.
Allocate fish from orders and ensure timely delivery.
Mon - Fri 4am - 1pm

THE PERSON:

Purchasing or Sales Administrator or similar
Willing to work unsociable hours
Commutable to Penzance
