Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality MFL lessons across KS3 to KS5 (French, Spanish, German, or other languages)
Inspiring and motivating students to develop their language skills and cultural understanding
Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations of all students
Adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners and creating an inclusive learning environment
Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge
Contributing to the school community and shaping the vision for modern language education

We are looking for an MFL Teacher who:

Has a passion for teaching Modern Foreign Languages and promoting cultural awareness
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with a PGCE in MFL or equivalent (desirable)
Has the ability to teach French, Spanish, German, or other languages at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a plus)
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities
Is committed to their own professional growth and enjoys working within a collaborative team environment
Possesses a flexible and proactive approach to teaching
