Management Accountant
SF Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing PE backed business in the recruitment of a management accountant.
This is more than a management accounting role as we are seeking an individual who can really add value from a data and reporting perspective outside of month end.
Experience of advanced Excel and Power Bi would be highly beneficial in order to support from an FP&A and business partnering perspective.
The core duties will include:
- Preparation of the monthly management
- Review and reconciliation of key P&L nominal accounts
- Departmental & divisional analysis of monthly expenditure
- Supporting accounts payable outside of month end
- Calculation and posting of accruals and prepayments
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Monthly VAT reconciliations
- Assist with year-end audit process
- Review of employee expenses and fuel mileage
- Ad-Hoc reporting tasks
Experience
- Minimum AAT Level 4 or part qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Previous experience of balance sheet reconciliations and Profit/loss analysis.
- Minimum skill level of intermediate / advanced with Excel.
- Previous experience and knowledge of Power BI & Power Query would be an advantage.
