About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our team in Pershore, Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established fleet company offering competitive pay and a supportive, advanced work environment.

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodywork to its original condition, ensuring a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and repair damaged vehicles to manufacturer and customer standards.
Use specialist tools and equipment to remove, repair, or replace damaged panels.
Carry out structural and cosmetic repairs on a range of vehicles.
Weld and bond components as necessary.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, meeting agreed deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive environment.
Skilled in using a variety of panel beating tools and techniques.
Proficient in welding and filler work.
Ability to work to high standards with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Own tools are required.

Location:
This role is based in Pershore, Worcester. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the location.
