A private house builder are looking to recruit a Site Manager for a new build housing development in Pershore,Worcestershire

Initial 28 plots will be HA and then Phase 2 will be 150 private homes. All traditional build.

The role: As an experienced Site Manager you will run the housing development. You will be responsible for subcontract trades and labour and manage the whole project within a set build program. You will make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will manage health and safety on site. This will involve help identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly. The Person: It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Construction Manager or Project Manager in a similar house building environment. It is essential to have a CSCS Card and 1st Aid qualification, as well as a driving licence.
