Excellent opportunity to join our client based in Pershore, Worcestershire that supply an exciting product to businesses including high level customers.Our client is currently recruiting for a permanent Creative Assistant to join the team over their busy Christmas period.

Reporting to Senior Management, your main responsibility will be to support the creative team with tasking across all platforms, whilst delivering on innovative projects to develop the Creative department and support the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

- Support Senior team with pricing strategy.

- Highlight opportunities for promotional strategies and implement changes.

- Suggest key items ahead of trading peaks to help co-ordinate merchandising to ensure the right products are put in front of customers for the seasonal period.

- Assist Senior Management on projects in line with the overall growth strategy of the business.

- Assist with new product development such as costing tasks and listing items.

- Proactively highlight seasonal lines, in advance of seasons & liaise with Management team to forecast working within supplier lead times i.e. for Halloween, look at historical sales & ensure we have sufficient cover & agree forecasts. For new lines, agree forecasts & order in supplies.

- Ensure all online systems kept accurate and up to date.

- Adapt the website to feature a mixture of best-selling products & new products by liaising with the Design team & Directors (proactively research trends, high performing sales items etc).

- Recommend products to advertise on Ecommerce platforms testing new products & promote best sellers to maximise revenue.

- Support the Creative Manager to ensure all products are listed within all the agreed E-commerce channels.

- Using Photoshop and Illustrator to adapt designs across products.

- Sampling new products and designs using a variety of machines.

Salary: £11.44 per hour
