Our client in the Pershore area is looking for an Assembly Operative to join their fun and vibrant team, to support in ensuring orders are dispatched on time!

Benefits:

  • Salary - Up to 25,000 per annum DOE.
  • Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 0830am to 1700pm
  • 28 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)
  • Additional paid leave for the Christmas shutdown period.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Track, receive, and log goods in accordance with the Quality Management System.
  • Test and inspect products to ensure they are ready for shipment.
  • Perform cable changes on actuators as needed.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Record product serial and batch numbers.
  • Arrange shipments and address any shipping-related queries.
  • Provide customers with updates on delivery statuses.
  • Process and manage product returns.
  • Support stock-taking activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and fault-finding skills.
  • Comfortable lifting boxes that weigh up to 25kg.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • (Preferred) Experience of wiring and cable changing.
  • (Preferred) Experience with Sage 200
