We are seeking a skilledBodyshop Panel Beater to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work within a fleet management company in Pershore, Worcestershire. The role will primarily involve filler work, dent pulling, and some panel replacements on a wide range of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filler work: Applying filler and smoothing panels to restore the vehicle’s shape and integrity.
- Dent removal: Using various techniques to pull and repair dents in body panels.
- Panel replacements: Replacing damaged panels when necessary, ensuring a precise fit.
- Completing all work to a high standard, ensuring the safety and quality of the vehicles.
- Keeping accurate records of work completed and reporting any additional issues to the supervisor.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Panel Beater with hands-on expertise in filler work, dent pulling, and panel replacements.
- Must have own tools and equipment necessary for the job.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, specifically bodyshop roles.
- Full UK driving license (preferred).
