Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone
- Raising sales and purchase orders using Sage Accounts 50
- Monitoring order status
- providing updates to customers
- liaising with suppliers in relation to goods due in
- Updating data sheets
- Monitoring emails
- Sending quotations
- Maintain product database and internal documentation and assisting
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales administration in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
