Job Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide classroom support across Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Assist teachers in delivering the National Curriculum effectively.
- Work 1:1 with pupils or lead small group interventions to boost learning.
- Support pupils with additional needs to reach their full potential.
- Help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Contribute to the school’s commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
Required Skills and Experience
We are seeking a Teaching Assistant with:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications.
- Experience working in UK Primary Schools, particularly within KS2.
- A solid understanding of the National Curriculum.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to different situations.
- Commitment to providing an excellent learning experience for all pupils.
