Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 16.00 pm

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

  • Registered with HCPC
  • Experience of stroke rehabilitation.
  • Experience of community working.

In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of:

  • Relevant Qualifications
  • Registration with the relevant Registration Body

Role responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clients with health needs, often of a complex nature, using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
  • Provide leadership for junior staff, through supervision and appraisal. Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of the Service.
  • Deputise for the Team Leader
  • Assist in any other duties
