Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 16.00 pm

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:
- Registered with HCPC
- Experience of stroke rehabilitation.
- Experience of community working.
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of:
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body
Role responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of clients with health needs, often of a complex nature, using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
- Provide leadership for junior staff, through supervision and appraisal. Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of the Service.
- Deputise for the Team Leader
- Assist in any other duties
