SMART Education is recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to support a large secondary academy in Evesham. These positions are available immediately and offer both full-time and day-to-day work options through the academic year.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a focused and productive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior confidently, maintaining high standards of engagement.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, supporting students’ academic progress.

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months in a secondary school setting, supervising whole classes.
• Skills: Strong behavior management and the ability to engage students effectively.
• Safeguarding: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).

• Competitive Pay: £85.23–£105.26 per day.
• Flexible Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday or day-to-day roles.
