About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Vehicle Prepper to join our team in Pershore, Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment with a well-established company in the automotive repair industry.
As a Vehicle Prepper, you will play a key role in preparing vehicles for paintwork, ensuring a flawless finish that meets both customer and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for the paint process by sanding, masking, and priming.
- Carry out body filler work to repair minor dents and imperfections.
- Ensure surfaces are clean and free from debris prior to painting.
- Assist in colour matching and mixing where required.
- Inspect and ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper in an automotive body shop or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of preparation techniques, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Attention to detail with a focus on achieving high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Own tools and equipment are preferred.
Location:
This role is based in Pershore, Worcester. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the location.
