About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator (TIG) to join our team in Pershore. This role involves fabricating and welding various metal components with precision and accuracy. If you have a keen eye for detail and experience in high-quality welding, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Measure, cut, shape, and weld metal components to specification.
Set up and maintain TIG welding equipment.
Ensure high-quality welds with proper penetration and fusion.
Inspect finished work, making necessary adjustments or repairs.
Operate fabrication tools including grinders, shears, and press brakes.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator, with TIG welding expertise.
Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings.
Knowledge of different metal types and welding characteristics.
Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Motorsport, or similar industries is a plus.
Familiarity with BS EN ISO 3834-2, BS EN 15085-2, and DIN 2303 Q2 welding standards.
Previously certified ISO 9606-1/2 or equivalent (ASME IX, AWS D17.1).
NVQ/City & Guilds or similar qualification in Welding & Fabrication.
CSWIP 3.0 or PCN (VT) Lvl I certification is desirable.
