Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
- ARB registered.
- Lead the design and delivery of bespoke residential projects of high value.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional architectural solutions.
- Manage project teams and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee all stages of the architectural process, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the practice through innovative design.
- Substantial post-qualification experience as a senior-level architect.
- Expertise in delivering high-value, bespoke residential projects.
- Strong design skills, with a portfolio showcasing one-off houses.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing client relationships.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior members of the team.
