What's on offer:* Competitive salary ranging from £27k to £30k, based on experience* Permanent position with working hours: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, office based* Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment* Professional development and growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities:* Efficiently handle customer and supplier payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation of transactions* Manage deposit receipts and deposit funds to the bank* Reconcile and process supplier remittances* Handle credit card payments * Assist with tax return filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations* Process customer direct debit payments before month-end to minimise outstanding balances.* Email customer statements on the last working day of each month* Accurately process international supplier payments in a timely manner* Raise and process invoices while managing daily Track POD runs* Log and process customer credit requests received from Smartsheet and other sources* Handle rebate credits for key accounts* Process supplier payments at month-end and as required* Efficiently handle and forward incoming and outgoing mail* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation* Provide support to the finance team and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Skills we are looking for:* Previous experience in a bookkeeper role* Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail* Proficiency in financial software such as Interprise, MySagePay, Smartsheet, or similar systems* Excellent communication and organisational skills* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
