Are you an ambitious Marketing Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity to work in the hospitality industry where you will be at the core of promoting and driving brand awareness for this family of hotels that are offering hybrid working and excellent training opportunities?

On offer is an autonomous role where you will become a fundamental asset to the business. You will managing traditional marketing communications and strategies in partner with the Marketing Executive. Additionally, you will organise press events and ensure that each of the hotels has the media coverage / channels needed for success.

This Company have been established for over a century and have built an outstanding reputation within the industry by providing their guests with an outstanding service every time. They have become one of Scotland's leading Spa Hotels & Resorts and also provide a range of services to their guests.

This role would suit a Marketing Manager looking to take the next step in their career and be a apart of a tight knit team with a fantastic work culture looking to be the vocal point of the marketing and promoting for this company where you will receive train.

The Role:

  • Manage leisure marketing across all seven hotels, overseeing strategy, campaign development, guest segmentation, and media buying.
  • Develop and implement strategies to keep hotels and activities visible through Out-of-Home, PR, press, in-hotel marketing, and TV/radio campaigns.
  • Lead cross-departmental collaboration to create engaging email experiences, balancing brand identity with commercial goals, in partnership with Revenue, Sales, and other teams.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to align messages and boost engagement across social media campaigns.
  • Seek partnerships with like-minded organizations to expand brand reach and attract new audiences.

The Person:

  • Experience in a previous Marketing Managerial role
  • Experience in the Hospitality industry or similar
  • Track record of meeting revenue targets
